I am in the final stages of sending my proposal to statsbyggnadskontoret. Now there is time to relax a little and just wait for the approval.
For most clients this is the fun part. The focus shifts from the big concepts and structural difficulties to the smaller details like material and furniture.
Most of the money will be spent on the large windows and the reconstruction of the roof. This ceiling is almost 5 meters tall and therefore the windows, with its vertical lines to emphasize the hight, is the most important. And also the windows will flood the apartment with natural light.
