One thing that gets overlooked in todays generic architecture, is the importance of natural light. And when used the right way, can evoke different emotions and wellbeing. I found it fascinating to play with different ways of how light enters a space, from the subtle almost hidden, to the dramatic highly contrasted.
Without it, architecture would only be buildings.
